  I was happy for the first time i 20 years I had found a therapist I could talk to, but she is no longer taking clients. I fond the only trauma therapist who seemed to grasp how to speak to someone with ptsd, who didnt judge my lifestyle or try to shove religion on me. Stephanie Morall was amazing and it is truly heartbreaking to lose her as a therapist. I have been more traumatized by loosing her than you might expect, it can be very hard to trust a therapist for some patients so changing one suddenly has potential to be detrimental, it has been. I pray they replace her with someone as amazing as her..because we NEED trauma therapist specialist on the beach.

  My name is Mike Adams and I completed the Intensive Outpatient Program at PORT and am now in the regular Outpatient Program. I found the counselors to be among the most competent and caring in the business. PORT is not a for profit clinic and therefore is not inclined to let money interfere with one's quest for a clean life. I have been to the "best" and worst of rehabs and PORT is where I felt the best. Highly recommend them but it is up to each patient to utilize the tools they are taught. Also, following the rules is the patients job, not the counselors. If you are reprimanded and are honest with yourself you will realize you have no one to blame but yourself.
